Overview
Our lab uses genetics, biochemistry, molecular, and cellular biology approaches to study neural degeneration, with particular emphasis on the areas of cell polarity, protein trafficking, signaling, and gene regulation in visual cells and hippocampal neurons. We tackle these questions using state-of-art techniques in in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo systems.
